Peach Orchard Campground is a municipally owned facility located in the heart of the South Okanagan just minutes away from town center of Summerland situated on Okanagan Lake, 16 kms north of Penticton and 45 kms south of Kelowna.

Peach Orchard Campground is conveniently located within walking distance to beaches, spray park for the kids and doggy beach for those well behaved pets.

Summerland makes all water sports, including water and jet skiing, wind surfing, fishing easily available or perhaps you would like to just relax on some of the nicest beaches on Okanagan Lake!

Summerland's climate makes it possible to enjoy a long golfing season. Campers will find two beautiful golf courses in the municipality and others just minutes away from the campground. As a result of the growing winemaking industry, there are over 30 wineries to visit close by including three in our very own town. Summerland also offers mountain biking and hiking trails, Kettle Valley Steam Train, Ornamental Gardens to name just a few.

Peach Orchard is a special place nestled in the midst of all that the Okanagan has to offer. Our campground was created during the 1950's on parkland donated to the Municipality of Summerland by a pioneer resident. In the early days there were modest amenities for tents, tent trailers, and small pull trailers.

We have come along way since then with improvements continually being made. The roads have all been paved; the washrooms are completely modern and clean; offering both 15 and 30 amp service as well as clean drinking water at all the serviced sites. But the spirit hasn't changed. You'll still camp under those same wonderful shade trees on grassy sites and enjoy the soothing sounds of the nearby creek.
